What time are the rooms available on the day of arrival?
Rooms are available from 12:30pm on the day of arrival. In the event of early arrival, you can deposit your luggage at reception and use the hotel's common areas.

Is there a minibar in the room?
All rooms have a minibar, which we deliberately leave empty so that our guests can put their own drinks inside. Due to its size, we recommend that small drinks be placed in it.

Do you offer full board?
Our restaurant is only open for dinner. But for lunch, fear not: we are located in a very well-served area. You will find restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, as well as a mini market where you can have lunch very close to the hotel!

How far are you from the sea and the Giardini Poseidon?
Our hotel is located 150 metres from the first access to Citara beach. We are slightly higher than the sea, in a panoramic position. Giardini Poseidon is a 10-minute walk away.

Arrival in Naples by train or plane, do you have a transfer service to your hotel?
Through a trusted local carrier, we organise a transfer service from both the station and the airport. Contact us and we will be pleased to give you more details about the service.

How can I reach you from the island's ports?
From all the ports we can be reached by bus line number 2 in the direction of Giardini Poseidon, or by taxi.

Is there a bus stop near the hotel?
There is a bus stop next to the entrance of our hotel, bus number 2, which runs along the Ischia Porto - Giardini Poseidon route, passing through all the coastal towns, namely Forio, Lacco Ameno, Casamicciola Terme and Ischia Porto. About 500 metres away, at the junction with the main road, there are buses that also go around the island in the direction of S. Angelo. The bus stop can be reached on foot, or by bus number 2 (getting off at the stop immediately after the one next to the hotel).
